Delays, bad service, bad driving

I booked my daughter to travel to Beaufort West on 21 December on service number gckjd1315 due to depart Paarl at 1415. We received a very late SMS to say that the bus would be late and that we should look out for a Mega Coach. The departure was eventually two hours after the scheduled departure time and my daughter who had previously travelled with Greyhound indicated that the bus was far below the standard experienced (and paid for) before. I contacted her periodically regarding the progress, and some fifty kilometers from Beaufort West she reported that the driver was driving recklessly, speeding and overtaking into oncoming traffic. I asked for the hostess who put me on speaker phone with the driver who assured me that he would adjust his driving and drive safely. On arrival in Beaufort West, I again spoke to my daughter who told me that he had then driven at 60kph in the yellow line, and on arrival in Beaufort West was very rude to her (a 17 year old) and told everyone that the delays were her fault.
For a subsequent trip, again from Paar to Beaufort West on 7 January, the service was again late by 2 hours with no explanation. They are not likely to see my business again;.
