On the 27th January 2013 I booked a flight from Oribi airport to O R Tambo airport. As usual I checked my baggage in and waited for my flight. I arrived at my daughter's house in Johannesburg and later realized that the packet with my cosmetic jewelry was ripped open. On further investigation I discovered that my 2 (two) bottles of perfume were missing. One is Hugo Boss Red 100ml (it has been used) and the other is an unopened bottle of Gucci Guilty 100ml. It was a Xmas gift and I have not opened the box yet.
I called the Oribi airport and was given the run around and eventually gave up. Please help me.
