SAA Still Fails to Respond to Customer Complaints

On Fri 15/11/2013 11:32 I e-mailed [Email Removed] with a complaint about flight SA 578 on 13 November: The flight was very late and caused me to miss the Gautrain: I wanted a refund of the R300 taxi fare. I had various other complaints around poor communication, "dinner" that consisted of a cheese roll without any options, and their Customer Lack-of-Service desk at the airport. I received an automatic acknowledgement, but since then, nothing.
I pointed out that, for the last 20-odd years I have had a policy of not flying SAA, but I forgot to inform the person doing the booking, and then naively thought that I should see if their alleged "service" and lamentable attitude to customers had improved. Clearly, they have not: Dealing with the complaint would have al least shown willingness, after the millions they spend on advertising to try to attract new victims.
