I called Karin on the 30th December to make a booking for a taxi to be sent on the 3rd. On the 3rd of January this company was supposed to collect 5 people from Hermanus and drop them off at Cape Town airport. I was told it would cost R880 and they would be there 1 1/2 hours before the passengers need to check in and that would be enough time for the passengers to make their flight. this company never arrived. I had to pay someone going in that direction R500 to get three of the people to the airport, one person made his flight the other two missed their flight. I had to re book air tickets for them costing R8500 because they had to fly to JHB via PE as all other flights were full. I then had to pay R1000 for another taxi service to take the other two people left in Hermanus to the airport so they could make their flight. All Karin had to say was "sorry I forgot to book the taxi for you" The stress of organizing and the cost involved has left a bitter taste in my mouth all because one person never made the booking... This should have cost me R880 and not R10 000... this is very disappointing.
