My Mom was 30 minutes late for her 16:00 pm flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town on Monday the 7th October 2013 and was asked to pay a penalty of R500 so she could take a 18:00 pm flight. That flight was super late and only arrived at 22:00 pm. Mango makes their customers pay for being late and yet they are also unreliable. How can a flight be this late? What if one was rushing a business meeting? Its just a disgrace and their service is unreliable. Now we know never to ever use this airline again. My mom got to Cape Town at 12:00 pm. And she had been waiting at the airport from 16:30 pm. Who is then suppose to pay her also for this sickening service? Shouldn't she get her R500 back as she was miss treated also, waiting for a flight she paid extra for, for 5 hours? This is unfair treatment to their customers and its sickening to know how much they dont care about the kind of service they provide.
