Can someone advise me (i will go to my lawyers as well): Is it possible to cancel this contract due to the fact that Holiday access does not perform an affordability check on all people who sign their contracts as required by the National Credit Act? By my presumption these contracts are null and void and all monies (including interest) should be refunded to the relevant party.
Holiday Access cannot say later that they performed these affordability checks after the signing because they would need the consent of the individual to access their credit record.
Please advise and lets stop these service agents from screwing people over!!!
