Shocking Treatment Special Medical Needs passenge

I am highly upset and very shocked with the Mango staff in Cape Town. I booked a flight on for my elderly mother that has huge hip problems and that cannot walk long distances or carry things and I completed the Special Medical Needs Request Form (submitted on 15 October 13) and made the necessary payments for the seat booking and a wheelchair on flight JE 413 leaving Bloemfontein to Cape Town on 15 November 13. The Wheelchair was available for my mother in Bloemfontein but when she arrived at Cape Town there was nothing. The hostess told her to wait outside with 3/4 of the ground staff when everybody was off the plane my mother enquired about the wheelchair and they just laughed at her, she went to the luggage area to wait there as well and still the staff that she asked just laughed at her and did not give her any form of assistance. A lady from BA/Kulula came over which saw this and offered to get a luggage cart for her at least.
I was waiting for her at some stage thought she missed her flight as everybody was out of the arrivals area, then my poor mother came walking down very slowly and extremely out of breath with her own luggage cart after 45 minutes!!!
