I booked flights to Dubai with Flight center Faith, confirmed the booking the same day. I noticed that the booking will cancel the same day, I emailed flight center by credit card details obviously confirming the booking, the representative came back and told me that they will send me a customer form which never arrived. The next day I queried the fare again and was told that all is in order. I was also told that each Tuesday the taxes are updated because of forex by a small amount. For some reason the fare has now changed quite substantially. In addition I asked for the taped conversations which they mentioned they had, suddenly its no longer available.
Flight center are, there is no customer care. Dont use flight center rather book directly. I called the airline, Flight center was suppose to pay for the seats by yesterday which they never did.
Flight center management are unavailable for comment.
