Excellent Customer Service and Positive Attitude

Good afternoon Albie. I know I'm nearly a few months overdue however wanted to let your company know that you are always going the Extra 2 Miles for your customers, have an excellent Customer Service Attitude. Whenever I'm on a British Airways flight I would receive my special meal with a smiley face and at first I thought it was food services until I caught you doing it on my last flight in September. Thank you so much, it means the world when someone takes the time to make us feel special like the special meal. I also appreciate the great service I received from your colleague, Elvan Jacobs on this flight as it was an extremely full flight yet you both took time and pride providing us all with an excellent service and most importantly FRIENDLY SMILE.
