Dimal service from flight attendant

Good day,

I have a very serious grievance with the your flight attend who was on FLight BA 6242, Could not see his name tag as it was not visable. (Big, dark guy) working in Business Class. Since I have started using comair BA & Khulula I have received excellent service till now. I don't know whether its lack of professionalism or sheer ineptitude, or you just don't care. I normally get great service from you, but on that flight the flight attendant was impatient & rude. He could not even answer a simple question like "what are the drinks available on the flight" I do not appreciate being treated without courtesy. I do not expect this kind of service from a BA flight attendant especially working in Business Class.
i am the client and will not be bullied by a impatient or tired flight attendant..The last thing one needs on your flight home after a long day/week is attitude. He did not even smile.
I services clients too and no matter how tired, angry, moody i am i put on a smile and service my clients and make sure they happy. i would expect the same from someone who knows thats all his job entail.

I humbly request that you look into this matter and get this guys customer serv
