No rights because of financial status

My husband was retrenched and after a huge fight with Finrite/Edgars the account was paid in full because of insurance we had. While waiting we paid an instalment for which we are now in credit. W enquired about this at the end of May already at the Cape Cate branch. In the meantime we applied for debt review because my husband salary is now far less. The explained to us due to that fact we cannot buy on the account which we do understand. We have to send a written request with our bank details which I did twice now without response. I phoned the Cape Town accounts Dept a weak ago and was told a total different story. We can't receive the money now due to the fact that we under debt review. It has to be paid to our debt counsellor. According to her the lady that assured us in Cape Gate is new, she wouldn't know. That is unacceptable. Our edagrs account has nothing to do with debt review it is paid in full. Money we paid in cash before debt review. And we paid that day cash for purchase because they will refund us within 10 working days. They also refuse to pay us our R200 Thank You points which we earned being loyal customers and paying on time. Because we are under debt review now...
