CLOSING OF HOMELOAN ACCOUNT

Me and my soon to be ex-husband have a combined home loan account (revolving). Each of us has pay a R400, more than our usually instalment. I usually draw money out of the account for both of us. And my husband is using his half for the nanny of our child. Since last year October my husband closed the account and made his debit order less. Whithout my knowing and authorisation. I was at the bank and even the Manager could not help me. She said that, my husband could do that. I just want to know, how could One person close the account, but both must sighn to open the account. My husband reason was we bussy devorcing and I am drawing money whihout his knowing.
I am now responsible for the whole fee of the nanny. I have money in the account, and know I can not make use of the money. Can they be so unreasonable
