I am disgusted at your level of service. Pools are filthy and lifeguards are unprofessional. I had probs from the word go, I had asked in January for a booking on December 25 but was told it was full, how can it be full 12 months in advance. Eventually I had to go early to take my kids but have tried to bring the booking issue up with some ##### by the name of Janine who was very rude. No recourse was made for my failed attempts. ive stayed at places around the world and this had been the first I had seen this. Camp toilets were dirty and smelly. Pools weren't cleaned during the day. Hydro pool floors were grimy. Security at the campsite wasterrible and rude. There is no way a person can be happy t this place, constantly full of problems. the bookings are a mess and I don't even care for it to be put write. I cannot deal with unprofessionalism. And judgng from the rude replies given by the so called marketing exec I want to see you give me such a rude reply. Froever resorts, the worst value for money
