Me and my family went to Fortuna Resort in Balfour for a weekend break away, we booked 3 chalets. Knowing it was going to be cold weather we were all looking forward to the warm facilities this place had to offer. Arriving on Friday 30/08/2013 we were told that it was too expensive to warm the "Big under roof heated swimming pool" so there were only cold water swimming pools. However we were then told that the jacuzzi's will be in working order on Saturday at 13:00. When we enquired on Saturday we were once again told that they are not going to switch it on. When we booked out on Sunday we were blamed for a leaking pipe, how ridiculous. And to top it all off the unfriendly service we got was just enough. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
