We booked requested 2x sleeper challet but we were advised that they only had 6xsleeper and 3x two sleepers. As we were a group of 12. On arrival we found the chalet's were very far from each other and we couldnt find the 6 sleeper. On returning to reception to query once again Elmarie was irritable and rude and told us that its first come first serve and it doesnt matter whether the bookings were made and paid for in october.further more when we complained about 6sleeper she told us someone will come and open the inter door in the next hour. Which is nonsense cause we drove 5hrs to get there only to find the rooms not ready and smelly with flies... is rife in River Resort
