Flew JHB to ct - with suitcase with 4 wheels - landed in ct - 2 wheels completely gone! sent emails with pics to customer care, phoned numerous times - still waiting for some sort of response and the sms they promised when i lodged the complaint. totally unacceptable>my boarding pass number is - MN3161350844
