The night of 27/28 June 2013 our trailer's wheels and tyres were where Ulwazi Protection service are suppose to be the security. We stay on the premises of George Hofmeyr High School in Standerton, Mpumalanga. After we discover the wheels, Ulwazi's supervisor - Jesaja Matuku - came to our house - after we phoned him. He then told us that Ulwazi will pay for the wheels and the tyres. It is now 2 months later. Each time I ask what is going on - there is another excuse. The manager - Godfrey - is on sick leave. I sent a e-mail to their head office - no response. Two weeks ago they promise me they will replace the wheels and tyres in a weeks time - no response. Can you help us to solve this problem?
