Me and my husband flew to CT on Friday.(05:50) We upsaled to Business Class before the flight. No one at the BA counter told us that we couldnt upsale and gladly took our R 1100-00. Upon checking in at the desk we were advised that the airoplane does not have a business class. After numerous calls and 20 minutes waisted we were checked in and advised that the seats are just small but it is still Business Class.
Upon the plane we were served breakfast. Not one flight attendant offered us a second coffee or drink. They sat and read the newspaper and enjoyed their breakfast for almost an hour. I later called an attendant (Jacob) from Economy class to bring me more coffee. I have never experienced this bad service from BA. Next time I would rather fly Economy where the service is much better, or rather forget about Avios and fly SAA next time.
