DG of the National Parks Board & I booked accommodation @ Cedarberg House thru Safarinow. Our initial booking was reduced from 2 to 1 night, when timeous payment was impossible to make. R690 was dep.in Safarinow's ABSA Claremont Acc No 632005 - 7/10/2013 . T &;Cs supplied by PR Ann, made no mention that to acc, required the use of a 4x4 vehicle; an SUV was rented for the trip though. Upon summiting Algeria pass, the road deteriorate to where my companion, an ex Game Ranger; refused to drive any further, as only a Tractor, Land Rover/Cruizer could traverse a road in this condition! We therefore turned back & searched for other accomodation. Cellpohone connactivity precluded contact with Ann. Upon reaching civilization a scathing review was registered regarding our experience. Ann contention that a 4x4 should have been utilised; is rich coming post facto! No offer of refund was made! It is avered that this consituted Breach of Contract, as that which was offered and paid for could not be utilised; as Ann failed to inform us that currently a 4x4 was required to access the accomodation she rented to us. We now require the refund of our money please! Thanks Pete
