I would just like to lodge an complaint against the bus driver driving the ph4130 Cape Town bus. He refused to open the door of the bus for me even though I was near the bus stop on vanguard drive. Vanguard drive is an extremely busy road with no bridge or crossing which means one takes a bit longer to cross the road to get to the bus stop, as u must wait for the traffic to stop. He can't say he never saw me as he looked at me a few times and shook his head saying no he is not opening the door. The traffic lights were red so it wasn't like he was about 2 drive. He was standing dead still in an idol position. What upset me even more is that the bus was half empty with more then enough seats available. Thanks to your driver I arrived at work a whole hour later. Golden Arrow is there to render a service to the commuters not to refuse opening the door to their customers. That driver have no customer skills he shouldn't even be an employer of a big customer service company like Golden Arrow. He is totally not living up to your slogan "The bus for us". Who gives him the right to refuse to open the door to a paying customer. What would he do if one he needs some and shops close their doo
