I was flying on 21 October 2013 at 16:25 from Lanseria to Cape Townon plane JE705.
The flight was good on the whole until the descend where the captain or the plane had a malfunction in the depressurising of the cabin. My ears, and face felt extremely compressed and in severe pain. Moreover as I looked I looked around in the plane there where more people in severe pain. The plane eventually landed and my right ear drum is still in severe pain, even the following day. I am considering seeing a doctor as this is not normal and highly uncomfortable. There are many people that can vouch for this malfunction. the lady i sat next to could not hear me after the flight and was moaning in agony. This has never happened to me before and I would like mango to investigate this.
