I purchased 4 vouchers for a cruise aboard Hakuna Matata Charters. When I called to book the woman on the phone told me they had plenty of space on their cruises for the day.
As soon as I mentioned I had a Groupon voucher she suddenly began to say that they were fully booked until the 28th of August - which is conveniently the day the voucher expires. She then said in a rude tone that it means my voucher has expired.
My wife called later and was again told they had room on all their cruises. A mention of Groupon however saw her change her story again!
Please steer clear of these people - they seem to exist to rip consumers off!
