I bought an MSC cruise voucher from Groupon SA in June. I called MSC cruise within the 7 day set period to make a booking but every time I called my contact details are verified and promised that a consultant will contact me to process my booking, This went on until one day I called and told that the bookings have been closed and should ask Groupon for a refund. Groupon said they don't do refunds and I should ask MSC to reschedule my booking wich they refused and told me that they don't even have my money. Groupon promised to escalate the matter and did not provide me with a turnaround time... I have written numerous eimails to them... but no response... this matter has now been going on since June.
