4 hour delay which meant 8 hour wait at Heathrow, poorly stocked drinks trolleys, limited stock of food, tv and radio channels broken for entire flight from London to JHB/Grumpy air crew/delayed disembarking/alot of passengers missed connecting flights/letter promising compensation came to nothing, instead 25% offered off next flight... are you joking? Never again!
