Mango not on time

I used Mango Airline on Monday 30 September 2013 Flight no: JE165 from OR Tambo to Cate Town. We were supposed to take off at 18H30. We only took off at 20H00 and I received the sms that there are going to be a delay the next morning at 08H00. It happened twice in the past that I was 2 minutes late at the check in counter after an international flight and they wouldn't listen or help me with my problem. Mango can be 2 hours 30 minutes late with no excuse or explanation and we have to sit and wait but you as a passenger wouldn't DARE to be 2 minutes late - I find that this is bad service and the attitude of the staff arrogant and shocking!!!
