Whilst Holidaying in Durban my husband and I were hunted down to listen to a presentation regarding Flexi Club. We bought Timeshare over a period of 3 years. Each month money is deducted from my account and we had to pay a fee of R2000.00 before leaving the place in order for the contract to kick in. Numerous of times my husband and i have tried to book for different dates trying to utilize our points to our dismay each time we are told that there is no availability in the entire structure, What is more distasteful is that the call center agents are the least helpful even once the matter has been 'escalated" as they say. I was even told that the manner in which i responded to an email was not pleasing, yet I am the paying customer paying for an imaginary service. Which might i add in the email i merely ask if the issue at hand can be resolved or will we be given the usual run around as we have been given. It is highly annoying to be in such a situation. I only help that other individuals receive better service from this company.
