Cancellation of contract

I signed up with Flexi Club the 4th of June, one of my family members then sent me all the complaints on Hello Peter and I then went to their offices the 6th June. They told me I must send through and email to say that I want to cancel. I emailed them on the 6th requesting my deposit back and that I am cancelling. I got an automated response saying they received my email. Its the 17th June and I have not received a reply on my email or a telephone call. I want this contract cancelled and I want my money back ASAP. If I do not receive any response I will report them to the National Credit Department.
