Investigation in progress from May 2012???

I've been a Member of Flexi Club since 2009.Not really used my points or benefits as I never get availability when I need it. In May 2012 I'd been on a forced Holiday (I was about to loose points in Dec 2011) at Magalies Park. Charmaine Jawahir came to my Chalet & said I must upgrade with more points. When I refused she said she could rent out my points to other Flexi Club Members & I could actually get money for my points but, only if I upgraded with another 3000 points. She never told me that I would have to pay for any more fees for 2012 as mine were already paid up in 2011.After calling Flexi club & speaking to Annelize, Andre, Nivesh, Anisah and how many other people, I've been told that my matter was escalated to the DirectorMr. Mike O Sullivan to make a decision. Its been a year & still no response from Flexi Club. Everytime I call, Andre is unavailable. Messages left for him to call me are never answered. I've begged, pleaded and cried to get out of this whole deal. My husband is threatening to leave me because of this matter as he didn't want to upgrade but I was fooled by Charmaine (she told me she was the top Flexi Club Consultant & had recently won an award). Pls give me an honest reply!
