On the 26/06/2010 we spent R22, 221.72 on a holiday concept that was sold to us on the basis that THEY hire out out FLEXI CLUB points and by doing so we will recover the annual levy payable to them and Flexi Club. In investigating when they are going to do the FC bookings were were told that they are not allowed to do such a thing and that they do not conduct their business in that manner. They only give discounted holidays!!
Why would I purchase another holiday concept when I was sitting with thousands of Flexi Club and Holiday Club points???
I have written numerous letters to this company complaining of breech of contract, false information etc. and they refuse to refund our money. I have all the names, dates etc. of the staff that sold it to us.
I know we are not the only ones that have been caught in this.
Lets club together and nail these people. They shouldnt be allowed to trade!!
