I was booked on a flight from OR Tambo to King Shaka on Sunday the 27th of January at 16:55.

I checked in my luggage to only realise 2 seconds later my wallet was in the side of my bag and my bad had just gone off.

I contacted a staff member and he informed me I need to go down stairs to bagage and inform them, to which I did.

The lady behind the counter contacted the manager in bagage and proceed to inform him or what my bag looked like and what was in it.

She basically told him that i wallet was left in a unlocked bag... HOW STUPID DO YOU GET?

REALLY?

I could not believe what i just heard!!

It then took an hour to get my bag back only to find... guess what... my wallet missing.

The two ladies behind the counter did not care and didnt look to interested that my wallet had been.

My flight was then delayed (which i understand - that happens, i dont have a problem with that) - my issue was that after everything that happened, no one even cared i was stuck in JHB with no wallet, no money... NOTHING!

Durban side was a lot more helpful, they actually tried to help and care.
