I will never recommend flight centre to anyone that is wanting to do a booking through them, they have no clue whats going on. My gran flew to manchester on the14th of March flight AF1668, she arrives in paris and needs to catch her connecting flight to paris she got told that "she wasnt booked on the flight and that it was fully booked" they then organised a SMALL aeroplane where she had to walk with her bags and carry them up the stairs when she got on the flight she had to pay for all her food and drinks this is absolute nonsene my gran booked through you guys to ensure that she would get 100% SERVICE and they stuff up, my gran arrived at manchester with no one waiting as she couldnt inform the family that she wasnt arriving on that flight number. I phoned alberton Flight centre and spoke to a lady named KIM im still waiting to this day as to what has been done about this situation!!! my gran spent extra money to book withyou guys she couldve got better service if she did it online. I dont care whose mess up it is AIR FRANCE OR FLIGHT CENTRE, i feel flight centre should find out what went wrong. I wont waste my time booking through you guys again nor will i recommend it.
