When you not expecting service and attendant or consultant even drops the the standard of no service expectation its a worst case scenario. Had my own personal experience at JHB Intercape when the Attendant Victoria,
She refused to assist me with my query before aboarding and advised its not her problem. I informed her that I had already made a special request to sit at the bottom as my mother is a pensioner but she remained rude and impatient.
