We booked our flights to Paris from South Africa in April 2013, arrived at the airport to check in for our return to SA on 13 January 2014 only to discover (along with many more passengers) that the flight had been canceled with no notice to us at all. We were booked into a dismal low grade 2star hotel with dinner a 10 minute walk away at another hotel in the freezing Paris winter weather at 10 o'clock at night.. The breakfast area looks like a school canteen. Staff denied it was their fault and both my husband and I have lost a full day of work. Boo to air France!! Bad and uncaring service!!
