I am a frequent flyer who has been battling to get my missing miles awarded to me due to submissino failure on SAA Voyger side. This has been failing on SAA side for a year now without them notifying me. I noticed my status is not improving and my miles not increasing. This is when i called then to complain.
Subquently they have requested my e-tickets and ID which i have provided, yet i have still not been awarded the miles. I then called the Call Centre and i was made to wait 20mins after i put the phone down as the agent did not return to the phone.
I have now dropped in my Voyger Status where i should have been upgraded. I have also lost out on a years miles.
