So I posted a complaint on hello Peter regarding Oxford Resort Sales - the contact person - Izelle. She then send me an mail confirming my reservation at last. Then she calls to my work place, I was not available at the time and she has the audacity to leave a message with out receptionist to tell me - " she emailed me the 18th September I must check my emails, and I am very unprofessional" so please tell me how professional is she leaving personal messages with people i work with! I am totally disgusted with this horrible treatment. I went through all my emails and not once did any1 reply to my email or fax. If she sent me an email the 18th why did she not resend that email then??
