They don't take the time to get back to you until you complain. Emails send without attachments, then with wrong attachments. Complaining again and leaving messages getting no reply until more calls and complaining. Get email with info requested send to wrong email address. Complaining again. Three months pass no reply and then leaving messages and eventually getting a reply with no real feedback. Almost month later. Leaving message for Manager but no reply. Sending email saying I would like to CANCEL - Getting phone call 1st thing in the morning to request reason for cancellation??? Funny, getting service NOW??
Point I am trying to make is: Don't use this place if you are looking for real solutions or help. They are not in the business of service and it does not look like they have any sympathy of loyalty to their customers.
There are people out there that come to you for advise and desperately hope that you would be able to help them. You just made their live worse and I have to say I paid for nothing as I got nothing.
Think about your duties and service before offering it to anyone in the future.
