I received my statement at the end of August for my annual fees. I called in at the beginning of September and requested the debit order be changed to monthly over 11 months. I was advised that this was done. Today 3 Oct I receive an SMS saying that the debit order will go through for R4007.08 (last year I paid over 3 months). I now need to go to my Bank and cancel/reverse this!!! as the consultant updated to 11 months but neglected to cancel this old instruction..
