Failure to contact customer of flights time change

What an awful service by kulula, flight number mn141. Was changed from 8:30 to 8:10 (scheduled for 18jan) without even informing me, my ticket was booked in dec. When I got to the airport I was told my name is not reflecting on the system due to this changes and that kulula doesn't have an 8:30 flight any more, why wasn't I informed in time regarding this time changes??? such bad services are inconviencing :-(! this Is unacceptable.
