Can this be real?

I have a credit card for the last 6 years with Kulula. After making a large payment I did not receive a SMS notification like usual this month. Logged on line, and MY ACCOUNT HAS DISAPPEARED from my profile. Phone 21 times. Kulula can't believe it. First two agents did not believe me and cannot assist. next one ask me whether i can go online and give them my account number???
Attitude of "sorry". I received a new card last month (after receipt I still made a transfer), so I decided to rather withdraw the money as I am scared for. The pin send to me with the card rejects. Went into FNB branch they cannot help me. Phoned kulula credit card they can order a pin but I must make myself available from 11h00 to 17h00 on Monday for a phone call. I have a senior position in a company, when I explained to the agent that I am in meetings he replied "sorry". I paid a deposit a while ago on a holiday in phuket December. The final payment is due today and I planned to use this funds to pay it. I am now standing to lose the deposit. The staff is so unhelpful and I am on the verge to lose my savings that I used for a deposit. IS THIS REAL??? HOW CAN THIS COMPANY BE ALLOWED TO TRADE???
