My daughter and her family were pestered by Holiday Club to collect a free holiday that they "won". After they specifically asked whether it was a time share presentation and they were to with promises that they merely had to collect their prize, they attended. It was duly a to get them there to listen to a presentation to lure them into buying shares. At the end they received a holiday for 4 voucher. They tried to use it, but to no avail. A certain Wynand Jacobs assisted them at first, but then referred her to a Noma. Bottom line, they wasted their time, to them, gave them a voucher that does'nt seem to be valid.
For all their trouble I think they should at least be communicated with and the promises be followed through.
