Experienced service that was so appalling for a greyhound bus hostess tonight when leaving for Durban from Johannesburg park station. Boarders on the bus had complained about the the condition of the bus that was designated to us as well as the fact that we were put into a Megacoach bus instead of a Greyhound bus. I am currently on the bus and the Hostess refuses to address us regarding anything to do with the bus nor will she listen to any of our complaints. It has gotten to a point where we (people on the bus) have had to make multiple calls to the customer service line and stipulate conditions for us to get back on the bus after the next pit stop. There is no outcome just as yet but I can confirm that approximately twenty people (all) on the bus are unhappy with this service.
