We have booked a flight to cape town from JHB but the problem is that we are moving to Cape town before the flight is scheduled as i got a new job. Now i told them that we cant use the flights as we are moving down but they refuse to refund us, we have the option to reschedule which i was fine with but only to be told i have to an additional R1500 just for changing it!! So in other word mango is going to R3500 from us and if we want to change the flight details then we will pay another small fortune just to do so. How can they do this to us???
