No feedback for a refund and Passing the buck

I requested a cancellation via the enquiries email address due to NOBODY answering the phones to assist. this was done well ahead of flight time and a cancellation was requested. proof of all communications was sent to them and they just ignore you and then promptly say read the contract "Terms and Conditions" no refunds and because it was not done "ONLINE" no redeemable voucher either. all proof that this was handled well before the flight and they regarding AS A NO SHOW! despite them being notified in time. Whitey handled this! actually went to the guest care counter to be shunted around some more. still have had no response even after voice messages and emails have been sent. Service is disgusting and particularly the fact that they make any refund or redeemable vouchers for flight changes impossible to obtain due to there "apparent" strategy to get rid of you when you try to engage in a refund matter.
