I bought a 1 way ticket from Park Station, Johannesburg to Port Elizabeth scheduled to leave at 17:45pm on 18 Feb 2013 and would have arrived at PE at 07:30am on 19 Feb 2013. I was 2 minutes late to board the bus and the driver was on the verge of driving off. The security guard walked with me to the bus and we tried to flag down the bus driver by waving my ticket for him to see. He just looked at me and shook his head, signalling 'no' and then just drove off. Translux has also refused to re imburse me my R350.00.
