Thank you for the response, but you are ignoring the issue.
I ordered the meal 4 days prior to flight, check your call records.
Also when I asked for upgrade I was informed that it was available.
For your information I walked into the business class section of the plane after we had taken off and there was
plenty of seats available, one was given to a gent who sitting well behind me (dressed in uniform) by a cabin attendant before the flight departed.

Your excuses are pathetic, and unfortunately I have to fly with you for the next three years to Lagos and back.
