Disgusting Service

On 24th September, the 17:50 flight from Johannesburg to Durban was cancelled. It was only on arrival at the airport and check in that we were notified that the flight was cancelled. We were told that the next flight was at 19:40 and that a seat will be available there. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! Not only were we not notified about the cancellation of the flight but on arrival at Durban Airport, the luggage had been opened and the zips were broken!! I do NOT expect this from any airline.
