BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On Friday, I was supposed to take the 22:55 flight to Durban from OR Tambo, I got there 90min before departure and when I checked in I was told the flight was delayed and will leave at 01:40, and no reason for the delay was given, I was travelling with my 8 year old boy and 18 months old girl and we had to on the floor in the waiting area without any seat since all seats were taken, then we later learned that the flight will be departing at 00:40 and boarded the plane at 00:25. We sat in the plane for anhour without anyone telling us what the delay was about. I asked the hostess and she said that they are still locating other passengers, passengers came in the plane and off and it was chaos. worse i was allocated a different seat with my kids. the plane departed at 02:15. It then makes me wonder why the airline request our contact details? I ended paying unneccesary parking fees that I could have avoided if they have alerted me
