I requested a seat change no response

This is a second request as my previous request I was promised a response and nobody called me. Just shows Greyhound does not care about their customers I have been a regular customer and this is the service I get I wish I can just cancel my booking and use some alternative transport. Greyhound why do you respond to your complaints but you don't follow up I was promised customer care would contact me to discuss my complaint it's now two weeks later and no responds. I will definitely in future use other transport to my destinations.
