Good Day,
I have been trying to make a booking for the Cape Town to PE bus trip on the Greyhound for 6:30pm on Friday 20 September since last week friday. I have attempted to book online 3 times, but once i enter my vitality number and personal details, I get an error on your website.
I called the call centre on Friday, and again yesterday after I got the same internet booking error. I told the consultant I had to be on this bus as i needed to be in PE by Friday morning and since the daily issue with the vitality discount only allows for one ticket, i needed to book it when the system allowed for it.
I was not told that the booking is only valid for 3 hours, and i was told to call back this morning with my details to finalise the booking. When i called this morning, I spoke to Fortunate Mogato who told me that the buss was full (original and duplicate busses) when i was told i could call back to finalise everything today. I was also told you cannot find the call recordings.
This is very bad service, and I hope you will call to confirm you can fit me in on this bus trip or can provide a suitable alternative to arrive in PE the same date and time.
