On 7 Jan, I wanted to make a booking with Emirates for multiple destinations on your website: [URL Removed] There was no option to make multiple destinations booking and no other visible instruction.
I phoned Discovery on 7/1/13 (Monday) and was told there is no such option. Hence, I booked the flight directly on Emirates website.
Later I got to know from a friend that I could do so. I phoned again on 10/1/13, and was advised that I cannot book online BUT I can phone this number to make a booking - 011-921-0490.
I sent an email to [Email Removed] to request for a reimbursement of the discount but was told they could not find the call on 7/1/13 & cannot help me. I can understand this call is crucial but I think just the simple reason that you havent taken the appropriate steps to include an option to enable users to book multiple destination flights online or put an clear notice on the booking screen to advise users of alternative methods of booking, is enough to justify my request!
